Koi fish, you can call “koi”, koi fish form Japan, koi have special name in japan and the name is “samurai Fish”.

People call samurai fish because koi have straight body shape like a samurai and koi have brave character same with samurai soldier in Japan. Koi one type with gold fish and the difference just in color and body size, Koi have bright color and the body can grow until 80cm and 100cm, In Japan koi can grow to 120cm-150cm and can be live hundreds of years old. Koi is the prestigious fish, In Japan many officials peoples and high-ranking peoples those who maintain, because peoples believe koi fish can bring they lucky. There several types of koi fish and the among others:

      Ø  Kohaku Koi

Kohaku koi is a the species koi of the oldest and very famous in the among other types of koi, kohaku koi have two colors red and white, the good quality kohaku is kohaku have bright red colors and have white color like a snow.

      Ø  Sanke Taisho koi

 

Sanke taisho , we can call sanke, sanke same with kohaku koi and the difference just sanke koi have black colors in the body. The good sanke if sanke have bright in red colors and white colors, and don’t forget in black colors sanke must have bright colors to. 

      Ø  Tancho Koi

 

Tancho koi is type of koi the most popular in koi lovers, the popularity even beat of popularity of koi kohaku. Tancho have two colors, red and white, and the difference just in head, Tancho have red color in head and shaped a circle. The good tancho must have birght colors and big red spot in tancho head.

      Ø  Kumonryu koi

 

Kumonryu koi is the most unique type in koi fish, because kumonryu have combination colors , komonryu have 4 colors, red, white, black and silver in tail. Kumonryu very expensive because kumonryu have unique combination colors.

How to maintain koi 

First , you must have pool to your fish, because pool better for your fish, koi have big body , so pool very important to your fish.

Second, note your water, your water must clean, water very important for fish, use filter water in your pool so your water will be clean.

Third, restore your pool, restore use to discard bad bactery in your pool, bactery can be damage your healty fish so keep your pool and your fish

Fourth, give your fish good foods,good foods can help your fish keep healthty and make your fish have good colors and bright colors.
