Mineral water is believed to since the first as one of drink that can be healthy body , because of water minerals can be absorbed the body easily so able to give the benefits are great  for the rest of the body.
In addition to keep the body dehydrated , water also have benefits that good for the skin and digestive , as is known that in the human body  55% - 78%  is water hanging from the size and weight.

     The benefits of water if in the consumption  of after waking up :
